QUALITY CONTROL
The quality control of finished goods is done according to the customers’ requirements, following the technical documentation provided by them.
The quality control specialists work on large and well-arranged tables, equipped with special lighting. This ensures a higher level of quality control. Each workplace is equipped with inspection tools and a technical documentation from the client whose goods are being inspected.
Quality control methods are:
- In-process quality control - inspection of the products during the process of their production. This is a quality control of an incomplete product. It is done at the customer's request, for ensuring maximum product quality.
- 100% quality control of the articles- the finished goods are inspected after the mass production is completed. Each article is checked for quality.
- 20% final random inspection - 20% of the finished goods are inspected when the entire production is completed. Specialists use tables provided by the customer for any acceptable primary and secondary defects in the finished goods.
- Inspection of finished goods after the completed production. This is a second quality control.
- Inspection of the finished goods after packing and cartoning. The final product is checked before it is shipped to the customer.
Quality control methods are chosen by the customers and are in accordance with their requirements for product quality.
