STORAGE
The delivery management, the preparation of materials and their arrangement in the sewing lines are based on a modern IRP system specially designed for us. It helps control the delivery and expenses of all materials.
The delivered main and auxiliary materials are accepted and stored in specially adapted warehouses. The materials are divided into separate zones designed for different clients.
The stock is monitored daily and there is up to date information about the movement and availability of the items.
For each customer, the necessary materials for production are taken out of the warehouse in accordance with approved cost norms for the concrete model. Planned tasks that are in production are bundled with the necessary materials.
