SEWING
The sewing department is equipped with the latest electronically and pneumatically controlled high-speed sewing machines. We produce the articles in an assembly line organization and with division of labour, thus aiming to achieve the highest degree of specialization and productivity.
Tony`K uses a unique system for reporting the employees' performance evaluation with tablets. A tablet is installed on each workplace. Thus, all workplaces are connected to the common information technology system of the company. All workers know in real time what work they have done, the percentage of compliance with labour norms, and what their salary will be.
This system is multifunctional. It enables:
- Tracing the orders of each client in the production lines in real time - an important feature for meeting the production deadlines. We can trace each article’s path from the cutting department to packing.
- Reporting the productivity of the workers and of the individual production groups in real time
- Giving information about the quality of finished goods in real time
- The obtained information gives opportunity to manage the manufacturing processes more efficiently in order to reduce the idle time during production.
